- Hello there, I know many people have had problems with a normal
- 1200 having vertical banding on their screens due to a 'flaw
- in the AGA chipset' that can be 'fixed' by putting a resister
- between pins 15 and 16(ground pin) to take fix a clock mixing
- problem(forget the actual problem but it's something like that)
-
- Here's my problem... Since there is a problem with the clock line
- (or timer line) my Supergen genlock doesn't want to work. It won't
- let the computer boot and the 1 in 10 times it does boot it crashes
- soon or won't display correctly. The Supergen works fine on my other
- Amigas, so no problem there, and a DCTV works on the 1200 so the
- port voltages are good. Does ANYONE know of a real way to actually
- FIX this problem on the 1200 and 'bring the lines into spec' as
- the Supergen manual states?
-
- Any help is greatly apprecaited. Please respond by email. Thanks!
